Brought in my Semi Truck for a complete sound system. They did it all same day, great work and install, has been playing great still 1 year later. I am very happy with everything. Customer Service was great staff was great. The only issue I had was that the Semi trucks Fuse was interfering with the aftermarket headunits fuse. I thought something was wrong with install, Truck would intermittently stay on, but engine wouldn’t start and batteries would drain. After a few battery drains I figured out to just simply remove OEM stereo fuse. It was a super simple fix I don’t blame them it was probably their first Semi Truck Install. Couldn’t beat pricing or service definitely recommend…

I had a horrible experience with this business. They initially quoted me one price, but halfway through the job they started adding extra charges, coming up with whatever excuses they could. We had clearly agreed on a set amount, yet when my card was charged, it was higher than what we discussed. While I was there, I saw about three different customers come back with serious issues related to alarm systems that had been installed. One person had returned multiple times and their alarm was still not working properly, which was very concerning. Customer service is essentially nonexistent. The owner was rude and made no effort to correct any of the problems. As for my own situation, my alarm was installed incorrectly—my dashboard now flashes constantly and it’s likely going to damage my dashboard lights. I strongly recommend avoiding this place. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere more professional. See his response on my yelp review (see picture). How unprofessional!
